Who is Citizens for Fiscal Responsibiity? They are an electioneering PAC according to the Federal Elections Committee (FEC) and have assisted the campaigns of Secretary of State Ruth Johnson, Congressman Gary Peters and others.

• Jeffery Timmer - stepped down in June from Board of Canvassers after making sure the Repeal of Public Act 4 (Emergency Manager Law) was firmly in the Court of Appeals in a situation that would delay it in the court systems long enough that the referendum (even with over 200,000 signatures on the petitions) was not going onto the November ballot.
• Bob Labrandt - formerly general counsel to Michigan Chamber of Commerce and is counsel at The Sterling Corporation, which spawned CFR. Governor Snyder recently appointed Mr Labrandt to Michigan Employment Relations Committee.
• John Pirich - attorney hired by CFR to intervene on behalf of the Secretary of State in the case to repeal Public Act 4. Mr Pirich is also the Chairperson of the MI Board of Ethics.

This is a layer of the dirt in Michigan politics. Appointed persons whom ensure the suppression, repression, and depression of minority communities. Things like a “Schools to Prison Pipeline” can be established in Detroit as the EAA “Jim Crow” School District. Emergency Managers have ransacked the cities they have been placed. There are emerging stories of their ineptitude in government management and misappropriations. The cover-up by the mass media is real - you don’t hear how deep the dirt is because it is like a Jedi mind trick … “look away these are not the ethics violations you were looking for”.
